01 · Lawyers

Securities & complex civil litigators

The firm’s practice tilts toward shareholder advocacy in federal court and in the Delaware Court of Chancery. We particularly welcome candidates with:

  • Federal court clerkship experience (any circuit, any district)
  • BigLaw training in complex civil
    litigation
  • Securities, corporate, or restructuring
    depth
  • Delaware bar admission or interest in obtaining one
02 · Paralegals

Litigation & case management

We hire experienced paralegals and litigation support staff with a track record in federal court practice and the systems that support it:

  • Federal court motion practice support
  • e-Discovery management
  • Case management software (Clio, Lawmatics, or equivalent)
  • Document review and production management
03 · Operations

Infrastructure & business development

Our operational engine is built on a custom AI prompt library, automated case-monitoring infrastructure, and a national press wire distribution system. We hire operations staff who run that infrastructure as a real product:

  • AI-assisted legal workflow management
  • Case pipeline and triage operations
  • Press and investor outreach
    coordination
  • Business development and lead intake

Federal plaintiff’s securities litigation associate. Experience in Section 10(b)/Rule 10b-5 class actions, merger objection matters, or shareholder derivative work strongly preferred. Federal court clerkship a plus.
